CTSC Credential
Certified in Transformation for Supply Chain (CTSC)
To be successful, supply chain professionals need to become transformational leaders who are system
thinkers, digitally fluent, and adept at using new generations of tools in all types of supply chains – forward, reverse and circular. The CTSC recognizes those individuals with highly sought-after transformation skills and enables them to gain a competitive advantage by demonstrating their understanding of supply chain transformation strategies, processes, tools and technologies
applied to managing the end-to-end supply chain transformation.
The CTSC learning system is divided into four modules. You’ll learn skills in systems thinking; supply chain architecting;
leadership; risk and resilience management; change management and digital transformation.
The knowledge you gain through these materials will help you drive organizational change, maximize overall efficiency,
improve the bottom line and help you take on the challenges of an end-to-end transformation initiative.
- Module 1: Supply Chain Transformation Overview
